EUTAW FOREST HOA
Eutaw Forest Homeowner’s Association is managed by volunteers and homeowner’s of the community. They are dedicated folks who take time from their busy schedule to ensure the needs of the community are met. Our board member do this service without any compensation for their efforts. Any homeowner in Eutaw Forest is welcome to join the board. New board members are elected each year at our annual meeting.
Eutaw Forest community does not have a recreation center or a pool. We do have a large Green Space that is located at the end of Ridgeline Terrace that is large enough to play soccer, football, etc. We have a small playground for children under the age of 10 and a few picnic tables for use while visiting. Within minutes of the community are several county owned and operated parks that provide a great play area for both children and adults. There is also a dog park located only four miles away for your favorite pet to run and play!
We charge an annual assessment of $75.00 for living within the community. It is a very small amount compared to other communities within the area. This helps us keep our common areas clean and safe, allows for illumination of our entrances, insurance, mosquito spraying, and miscellaneous clerical items. The annual assessment are mailed out in April and request homeowners to pay their dues no later than June 30th.
